Gluecon Student Scholarships

One of the things that we try to do every year at Gluecon is offer some student scholarships. These "scholarships" provide a free pass to the show (but no costs associated with travel, hotel, etc). Every time that we've done this, I've been swamped with applications -- and, sadly, we can't accommodate them all.So, if you're a student that wants a free pass to Gluecon (you must be 18 or older), what do you do?Send me (enorlin AT mac.com) an email with one paragraph explaining what you think you'll learn from the show, and one paragraph explaining what you think you'll contribute to the show.....and stand-by. (Please note: you must present a valid student ID at the registration desk to claim your pass.)We only have one ask, please don't apply for a student scholarship if you're not able to attend the majority of the gluecon conference (i.e., don't apply for a pass if you're only planning to come for 1 or 2 keynotes).If you're not a student, but know a student that may want to take advantage of this, please pass it on.Hurry, these won't last long.See you at Gluecon!
